By joining our waitlist, you provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information when the app launches.
The Solsynq app, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Solsynq and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Solsynq is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Important: While Solsynq is designed to help you wake up on time, you should always use backup alarms for critical commitments. We are not responsible for missed alarms due to device issues, software bugs, or other technical problems.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solsynq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of Solsynq after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to Solsynq immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solsynq operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
